    Ms. Janet was born and raised in New York, U.S.A. After graduating from Boston University with a BA in Hospitality Administration, she came to Korea to teach English in 2006. She joined KPS in 2008 at the Bundang branch as an English Instructor, Head teacher, and Academic Coordinator. In 2009, Ms. Janet was asked to come to Anyang to help set up and open the PyeongChon POLY branch. After 2 years as an Academic Coordinator and Vice Director of PyeongChon POLY, she decided to further her own education career. She returned to New York to attend Teachers College, Columbia University and graduated with an MA in Bilingual/Bicultural Childhood Education with a Teaching Certification. She is thrilled to be back at PyeongChon POLY with familiar and new faces, and she hopes to provide the students, teachers, parents, and staff that is enriching and enjoyable.

    Mr. Jason is from Seattle, Washington. He graduated from the University of Washington with a Bachelor's Degree in Comparative Literature. He spent a year teaching English at another academy in Pyeongtaek before joining the POLY team at Pyeongchon in 2009. Since joining POLY he has taught students from kindergarten up through elementary school and enjoys being able to teach and see how much his students have grown.

    Mr. Brodie is from Vancouver, British Columbia where he obtained a Bachelor’s Degree in History with a minor in Geography. He first came to Korea in 2011 and has been teaching English ever since. He spent his first few years in Korea working with students ranging from Kindergarten to Middle school. During that time, he has come to have a great appreciation for Korean culture and the wonderful people of Korea. After hearing great things about POLY, he was excited to join the POLY team and continue his teaching career with the wonderful students at POLY.

    Mr. Bryan comes to POLY from Annapolis, Maryland on the east coast of the US. He graduated with honors from St. Mary's College of Maryland in 2012, majoring in English Literature. During his time in college, he studied at Oxford as an exchange student. Mr. Bryan has been travelling and teaching in Asia. He is excited to be working with the students of POLY and hopes to inspire them with his own love of learning.

    Ms. Heather is from Asheville, North Carolina, U.S.A. She graduated from the University of North Carolina with a B.A. in Philosophy and a minor in International Studies. During her time at University she was active in Student Government and her sorority. Ms. Heather also enjoyed serving as tutor for a child with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). After graduating from University she worked as the Child Support Department Supervisor in the N.C. Judicial System. She is passionate about other cultures and has enjoyed living and teaching in Korea since 2013. She is excited to be working at POLY and is grateful for this opportunity.

    Mr. Inder is from Los Angeles, California, U.S.A. He graduated from the University of California at Santa Cruz with a B.S. in American Studies, with a focus on Immigration and Latino Studies. After university, Mr. Inder received his CELTA (Certificate in Teaching English to Speakers of other Languages) from Cambridge University. Mr. Inder has experience teaching English to adults, teenagers, and children. In 2015-2016, Mr. Inder worked as an ESL teacher in China where he received praise from both students and parents. Mr. Inder is excited to be living in Korea and working with the students at POLY.
